Having a positive mindset means making positive things a habit, continually searching for the silver lining and making the best out of any situation you find yourself.

Everything we do in our life is affected by our emotions and feelings. When you feel motivated, you will take more action and make more progress. But when you feel lousy and lack of motivation, you will never want to do anything. Meaning to say that if you constantly think about negative pictures in your head.
